Walz fighting nerves ahead of debate with Vance

Tim Walz is nervous for his final case before his debate with Senator JT Vance tomorrow, he said and he’s nervous that they might be comma headed here as Isaac said, where they’ve done reporting, they’re coming to us now with a lot more, so what else are you learning about that I don’t know how at ease I’m feeling about them tomorrow. When that’s done before the nationally televised debate, obviously that might be the last big marquee event of the campaign and the Walls are looking to say that they want to make sure that they’re making as strong a case for Cameo Harris again.

Even though they obviously didn’t know Cameo Harris very well themselves before they chose her, they want to do that, both to not let her down, to make sure that she continues to feel like she made the right choice in choosing him because she’s really committed to the idea. Donald Trump can’t attend again, he should attend, so it depends a lot on that. Now both sides have gotten into what his role has been in the campaign, in front of the scenes making people feel really attached to him. Behind the scenes garnering some major support for Harris. Also talk to me about this multi-page report that the Harris campaign has now put out to us, they’re clearly trying to target Donald Trump and JT Vance on the issue of healthcare, what they’re doing with that.

So every report this morning healthcare is regularly one of those places where all of these big political and policy discussions really come down the road for most Americans. What the Harris campaign is doing ahead of this debate is specifically trying to highlight that comment that Donald Trump made in the debate. Which he did with Cammo Heyer where he was asked if he had a plan to make Obamacare affordable and he said he has concepts of a plan which we’re doing. Fourteen years and nine years into the Obamacare debate and Donald Trump is running for president, he’s supported repealing Obamacare. He still doesn’t have a plan for that, he didn’t clarify what that would be, instead it’s also attacking JT Van. Which he’s been talking about on the trail, which is it’s a way to separate people into different risk categories.

Those insurances would be covered by different pools, which the Heyer campaign is saying is a way that will hurt Americans and most importantly, what they’re highlighting is that it will potentially reduce things like pre-existing condition coverage which is one of the most popular places overall, popular parts of Obamacare last night. What will the debate be like, what will be the line of attacks, said that coming out there we probably expect JT Vance to be more on message, Donald Trump has been about the camo hero, but what was Tim, this is reporting from a colleague Isaac to the weekend, so Walls constantly comes back to how anxious he is about coming here and Eds emphasizes that it’s not just about setting the governor’s expectation of beer. He won’t be able to make his case as good as he should in his expertise.

The bar nerve of being in the interview barracks echoes in the debate. Our reporter said I think Vance will be a very good debater, he’s nothing like Trump, he’ll be very focused hand and Walls will definitely have to be on his spirits to push back the idea that he’s a hair extreme. He’s been week on the border. You know extreme liberals, I think he’s got to stand on his feet. Outside of that but I think he’s very well dressed because he has that everyman thing which I don’t think Vance is really like that. Like Vance is very studious but is he someone you’d want to have a beer with, I don’t know a lot of them used to be all over the place used to be a regular presence on the airwaves on cable.
