What we have is we have a bail appeal scheduled before Judge Carter for three thirty tomorrow. The district judge has this case down to a science. I think we’ve made those points. What we wanted to make I think he comes across to Mr. Combs as a warrior. He’s going to fight to the end he’s innocent. He came to New York to prove his innocence. He’s not afraid he’s not scared of the charges. The government didn’t say anything in its presentation today that would change that.
Use one’s mind he was eager for this day he was eager to clear his name and is going to clear his name. We’re going to stand with him as he does we believe wholeheartedly that he did not do these things it was a ten-year relationship there is no coercion. This is a crime you know someone who brought a civil case. Now he’s on his own as a witness. In the criminal case, we will fight this case with all our might. Because he will and ultimately will be proven innocent. So tomorrow we will fight again and we will fight every day or until we no longer want to fight.
I don’t know, the question is why did it happen last night instead of today, I don’t know the answer to this question. We are going to be very clear on one point, we have no power, we can only show sincerity. He boarded a plane and he came here. If he stayed here for one day. He was going to stay for a year before the case started or before the case started. It was only twelve days as long as he needed to stay, it’s fine.
