Why Kelly Clarkson 'Couldn't Talk' During Céline Dion's Paris Olympics Performance

came to us and I was like, like our tiger I couldn’t even think about this Kelly season six. So excited for you, looking back when I came on your set for season one how different your life feels now. Ah on a personal level ah so different from the end it’s interesting and you’ll probably understand this but I feel different a lot has happened in that time period. But then another part of me feels like season three feels like it’s been six seasons I feel like because when I started the show a lot of things women still wouldn’t have a normal season that during the show or through the show secretly or through strikes other politics. Like there’s always something that has affected everybody so we’re hoping this is our first season..where everything is mine. What guest appearances do we have, you know I’m doing a bomb reveal.

Because I can’t complain I feel so blessed. My bookers are crazy and so we’ve been doing amazing projects since season one and always see amazing opportunities. I think the thing I’m most excited about is that by season six people are comfortable with us. They feel safe with us, more so than a teenager would probably do. They’ll do things that are outside of their norm normally, because I think people trust the show a little bit more now. So I think that’s the thing I’m most excited about is that you get a little bit more opportunity to help promote someone better and you know help highlight the human interest story better that people have invested a little bit in the show at this point. They really trust it, so I think that trust isn’t always the case.

You know that’s a very beautiful thing. I’m excited about what opportunities they’ll bring with the cast of Wicked coming up. You know there’s been talks about us doing some music together now because they trust that when Ariana comes in, like everything with them but I mean they trust that we’re going to execute it properly. You know what I’m saying, so they trust it, so we think that will give us more opportunities. The longevity of the show oh definitely and we were laughing with my team Kelly here. Because you course to kill Yogi, is there ever an artist. Who comes up to you like Kelly I love you, but please don’t sing my song. Because the joke is that use it better than them, it’s never had anybody there was always very complimentary. I had, I quickly ran into Miley and Gravy because we were sitting next to each other. mom and she came over and I was like oh hey girl just you grow up like Amazon is good I don’t intentionally like three miles a thong back it was like a long time.

with somebody but it was like three ago I know I’m sorry but she just with the ball know my grandma knows what but no but she and she was saying it out in a very loving and a very sweet way but you know I think it’s you know I hope that’s our goal because you know as a band you know. is to make that artist feel proud of what we’re doing. To lift them up and because we don’t only cover big stars like Miley. Also cover artists that maybe people don’t know, it’s actually more fun sometimes because you get people to be attracted to John or music or an artist like that. Which they may have never heard of, so that’s cool too

I mean as you know as Total Carbon we laugh here on the show, like you just sing so much that it’s a tribute to them. But speaking of highlighting the younger generation, I love thinking about you and Sabrina Carpenter. You have Back and Twenty Twenty, what you create as young artists. I was sent to ask you about her, because obviously she and Seven are having a moment right now. Well she’s very talented, but we bump into each other.
