What's the impact if Elon Musk becomes the world's first trillionaire?

We think the media is very hard on Elon Musk. Because there are all the bad tweets and I think his tweets are bad. But I think sometimes in the media we lack perspective, a hundred years from now historians and generally the offspring are going to care more about all the stupid tweets that he said or they’re going to gush about the fact that you know he accelerated the widespread advent of electric cars which was huge for climate change. Maybe five or ten years ago I was before he got back into space, just today the FT made it clear to break through treatments that can potentially restore blindness. Two people who have been blind their whole lives, that’s a lot for one lifetime, so I might be more of a beast. He was a great guy and you know you can say that about a lot of people in this, you know this guy has a lot of positivity as you know and I think I’ve probably interviewed more than anyone. He’s done amazing stuff and more easily with space and new things.

With the help of a lot of people for the people anyway and not for me the government just single-handedly saved Tesla in eighteen point five billion dollars of government contracts while he’s garbage as the government. I think his record will be mixed. Unfortunately because of Twitter and everything that he’s doing there, he’s tarnished something that wasn’t amazing. A series of accomplishments and, unfortunately, it’s really easy to hand over-promising and intentional so first of all I think home and you the creator make a very strong case for yourself. A carrot disagrees one thing about you on the mask tweets is that it suggests deep instability. When you go. Someone who has the power to control a lot of things, not just act, but you know Starlink has a lot of power in the Ukraine-Russia war. Just in terms of the information flow you have to wonder I mean is this guy stable, is he stable?

It shouldn’t be a global concern, we mean it’s he’s very powerful. I lean a little bit on where Coleman is on this, I think I’m not an expert on the industries that he’s in as much as you are, I will tell you this though, whenever I turn on the television. My rockets automatically land back on the pad, it’s cool, and sick and then I realize the government has arrested you. Next year you’re going to be an astronaut. We’re thinking this guy plays a role in our society that I think is often undermined by his political opponents, so I think that’s where I’m at. Why would he do this to himself, he was one of his own, he can’t help himself with what he’s doing on Twitter, because he has a problem with it, he can’t stop it, I think he’s going astray.

Another person I would compare him to and that’s Howard Hughes, who did a lot of amazing things. Not aerospace, but airlines and aviation, is a different era of amazing interesting entrepreneurs. Certainly his mania and everything else, a lot of problems that he left on the carpet. Unfortunately now there’s certainly Hughes Aircraft and other things and he contributed, I think unfortunately for someone who had such promise. That is, there may be real troubles around Tesla, may be real, he’s not focusing where he should be, which is on these accomplishments. I mean the trillionaire idea and I don’t think it will work for many other people, I think it will in one, but it just seems like an insane amount of money.

As you might be like, I need a robot, I think it’s an important case study, oh, if you’re looking to have that economic success, you can’t do it without the federal government. You backstop everything they hated math NASA. ILA is happening, but it’s a lot of government talk, Blue could be.
